What our customers say about
Stock SouthWest
"I have used Stock SouthWest for two years now, I have found having
regular stock takes every six to eight weeks have been a great benefit
to my business, helping to highlight any problems in many areas, ie,
stock levels, obtaining best overall gp's, staff incentives, product
mix and many other areas. Mark has been a constant source of advice to
best improve the overall performance of our business.
"
Robin Lewis, The Riverside Hotel, Fore Street, Bovey Tracey, TQ13 9AF
"Mark was the only person to ask me what I felt was the important question
of all, which was " Why do you want a stocker?"
This showed in our earlier meetings that it was important for him to
understand my business but has been something Mark has demonstrated
ever since. His integrity and flexibility in delivering a bespoke service,
supporting and up skilling our staff, advising me on improved
procedures is outstanding.
"
Tony Richardson, Piermasters, Plymouth
"We have very successfully used Stock SouthWest for 2 years and would highly recommend them.
Before engaging them we used to do a monthly stockcheck ourselves
but we found that it was very hit and miss. Not only in completing
the task but arriving at accurate information.
Using Mark insures reliable reports which not only highlight any
losses overall but problem areas on specific products.
In addition the reports show individual GPs and flag any product overstocks.
Also we no longer miss product price increases, Mark ensures that
we are made aware!
The staff better take on board problems and remedies as these
come from a third party.
Engaging Stock SouthWest was one of the best business decisions
made by us in 32 years of running pubs. Try them what have you
got to lose, not stock that's for sure
"
Stephanie O'Connor, Swan Inn And Newtons Freehouse, Newton Abbot
"
We have used Mark from Stock SouthWest for 8 months and it
has proved to be invaluable, we know exactly what
stock we have and more importantly where it has
gone, we are able to control our stock very efficiently thanks to
the advice Mark offers, a truly excellent service.

"
If it wasn’t for Cooper-Haime my staff would be well fed and drunk........
And I would be bankrupt.......
